5 Days return & Exchange from delivery date.
Issues with damaged, defective or incorrect product should be reported within 24 hours.
Please return the product as it was shipped. If product return are in poor condition or worn, no refund will be provided.
Items with combo offers are not eligible for refund & returns.
Reverse shipment fee of Rs.120 will be deducted from refund on return order
Pick up will be attempted 2 times. If shipping company unable to pickup, you will have to send the item on your own. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Refund will be provided within 7-15 days of return.
For COD order, amount will be sent to given bank account number
shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order cancellation is possible if and till order is not dispatched from our warehouse.
No Return on Combos. You can exchange the products in combos. Shipping fees will be paid by customer.

Self Shipping Orders terms and condition

If your pincode is not serviceable you have to self ship return orders on below address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of store credit (gift card) in case of COD.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the package.
If the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
In the case of a lost package, we will either reship the order or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
In the case of a damaged package, we will either replace the damaged items or issue a partial refund, at our discretion.
